Difference between XGS1930 and XGS1935

We would like to add a second, similar switch to our current XGS1930. (Replace even older one)
It appears that the XGS1935 is a direct, functionally identical replacement.

Is that correct, or are the XGS1930 and XGS1935 functionally different?

"Lite 3" functions are important to us. And non-cloud management.

The XGS1935 succeeds the XGS1930 with enhanced hardware while maintaining the same functionality, so it can serve as a direct replacement for the XGS1930.
