UsgFlex700 freezes almost daily

Hello,

I have 2 Flex700 configured in HA, they are used as edge firewalls to connect remote locations via routed IPSEC tunnels + sslvpn for a few remote workers.

They currently have ~25 ipsec tunnels which is nothing comared to their datasheet.

I've been having issues with them freezing almost daily (they go completely unresponsive - no GUI, no response on serial port, and the link status leds stays up even if you unplug the network cables).

The only solution is then to unplug the electrical cord and compoletely reboot the device who froze.

I've been having this issue since 5.35, I've updated them to every release and installed 5.40 yesterday. One hour after the update the active device froze again.

I've provided Diaginfo and level 8 debug info to support in the past but I'm still experiencing those issues.

Did anyone experienced this and was able to fix it ?

    Sorry for letting you experience this issue.

    Could you let me know if the level 8 debug log was collected via the console during the bootup to freenze? If so, please send it to me via private message so I can ask our engineer to investigate this issue further. If not, please connect a PC to the firewall via console and record the debug log before you enable the level 8 debug command. Then, share the file with me after freenze again. Thank you for your association.
