Console web blocked

Hello,
A customer who recently purchased an USG FLEX 700H encounters an error when accessing the administration page. Different web browsers have been evaluated. The problem remains the same.
No error is visible, but it returns to the original page.
I found no information.

    Could you help to provide more details or screenshots with us? So, we can better identify this issue. From your content, I'm unsure if this issue is occurring on web console function or local device GUI.

    Hello, the problem comes from the web console.
    I do not have a print screen to provide you. Tomorrow, I will intervene at the customer and I can send you print screens.

    I transferred the settings from a USG 700 to a USG 700h using my laptop, Chrome version "136.0.7 103.116". Everything went smoothly. The client did the same, but using Edge and Firefox. Then there was a web page crash when browsing with the Web Console. I don’t understand why or how. The important thing is that it works.

    Edge works fine from my side. Could you use this screenshot software, jam.dev to record your tab for us to check?
