Hello I want to reset factory-default. because I loss my password. help me please.

    The only way to factory default it is to access the debug mode to upload default configuration file.

    Additionally, we recommended upgrading from XGS4528F to XGS4600 since XGS4528F has reached its End of Life (EOL) status for many years, this means our support for this model will be limited.
