IGMP not working

hello, IGMP is not working on our network. igmp is enable on each switch on vlan number x. We only want igmp on this vlan. No need to route igmp.

red switches are aruba, blue cisco, yellow zyxel and green huawei. they are only layer 2. The router is the firewall.

zyxel switches are connected to an aruba switch by lacp group (2xfc).

if igmp querier is only enabled on each zyxel switches (yellow), the locals groups are created on each switches. it seemed to work when the engineers installed the switches.

if igmp querier is enabled on the first zywel switch, it has only its local groups. the devices from other switches are not listed.

if igmp querier is only enabled on the aruba switch where the switches are connected to, all the igmp devices are listed in igmp group but remain in the group only 4 minutes then disapear.

if igmp querier is only enable on the main huawei switch, no device listed in igmp group command.

any idea of the problem
