    Hi @Fred_77,

    Thanks for the remote. After our investigation and replicate, we found that one of the TCP [PSH, ACK] was missing and caused the SSLVPN tunnel can't connect.

    However, in our replicate, we didn't encounter this issue with the same configuration as yours.

    Therefore, we need your help to set a test scenario so we can remotely replicate and investigate. I will send the detailed information to you via the previous private message.

    Update 3….

    after fw upgrade to WK25 a laptop connected "on" the wan interface can connect.

    But no connection from outside is possible. (tested with different devices and different connectivity)

    This would lead one to think of an isp related problem.

    But then why you can connect?

    In PM user and pwd of the laptop connected.
