How to block peer-to-peer download on Nebula Firewall?

Answer:
Go to Site-wide > Configuration > Firewall > Security Service > Application Patrol, create a profile like this:

Then go to Site-wide >Configure > Firewall > Security policy, and apply the app patrol profile to a rule
