Fritzbox 7590 restart and probably negotiation problem

Hi everyone, I have a zyxel GS1900-24E to which I connected a fritzbox 7590. on both devices I have the latest firmware versions.
When I restart the fritzbox, very often I encounter problems, for example continuously pinging the dns of google (8.8.8.8) I have many time out and the connection sucks. Doing a test with speed test often the download is what I expect but the upload is practically zero. I’m trying to change the settings of the switch side port ( since on the fritz I do not think it is possible if not for speed) but in the end the only solution is to disable and reenable the port.
Do you have any idea what I can do?
Before I had a simple unmanaged netgear switch and this problem did not occur.

Hi @Piro73

When reboot the fritzbox, ping google fail could be due to the fritzbox isn't ready. Please try to ping your fritzbox to check this.

About the upload issue, may I know if you enable green ethernet (EEE)? If so, please disable it. Green ethernet could cause transmission issues, specially on one side. If not, please try fix the link speed to 1G on the uplink and the client port.
