Why one of firewall client encounters slow Internet speed? The firewall livetool traffic seems good.

In this scenario, the firewall live tool traffic shows good throughput, event log shows normal, your network doesn't have any broadcast or multicast storm. We can have some check like:

1. Check the client's public IP. This is to check which WAN interface is the client accessing the Internet.
2. If the result is one of your firewall's WAN interfaces, please check if this WAN interface has any issue on the ISP side.
3. If the result isn't your firewall's IP address on any WAN interface, this could be the client connecting the VPN software, please disable it on the client and check again.
