I recently set up a Zyxel NWA50AX access point in my home/office environment and configured it using the Nebula cloud portal. The inital setup went smoothly, but I'm now facing some intermittent WiFi disconnect issues, especially on mobile devices.

Please consider the following adjustments within the Nebula cloud portal:
- First, ensure your NWA50AX has the latest firmware. Optimize placement by avoiding obstructions and interference sources, aiming for client signal strength of at least -70dBm.
- For radio settings, enable Dynamic Channel Selection (DCS) at `Configure > Access points > Radio settings`, and consider disabling "Avoid 5G DFS channel". Reduce channel width to 40MHz or 20MHz for 5GHz and consider 20MHz for 2.4GHz if multiple 2.4GHz APs are present. Adjust 2.4GHz power to be at least 5dBm lower than 5GHz. Increase WLAN rate control to 5.5Mbps for 2.4GHz and 12Mbps for 5GHz.
For further investigation, please share the model's name of the mobile devices and share the disconnect event log with us.
