USG Flex 100H Firmware Update Problem

in USG FLEX H Series

I can't upgrade the Firmware of my new USG. The online-update always fails.

Where can I download the the file, to update it from my pc?

    Update:

    After checking, this issue seems like the download process has been interrupted and caused this error.

    Since this is a rare issue, could you provide a remote pc to collect some information? I will also provide you the firmware file to the remote pc.
