Sometimes the SFP+ port fails to initialize on reboot for XGS1250-12
XGS1250-12
V2.00(ABWE.1)C0
So I use a 10Gtek SFP+ RJ-45 Copper Transceiver
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0BG55X2P9?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2&th=1
When first tested this it failed to work then I changed Flow Control to enable and it works but on some reboots the SFP+ port fails to initialize and now it works with Flow Control to disabled but again some reboots the SFP+ port fails to initialize meaning you have to reboot again and changing port status to disable then enable does not help but when a successful reboot is done the SFP+ is fine and stable.
I get SFP+ RJ-45 Copper Transceiver are some what not recommanded and at some some will be changed for a SFP+ cable but still think this is a problem that needs looking into.
I'm not sure but maybe I need to change the Speed/Type from auto should a reboot on auto may cause this?
Thanks
