Speed test issue for 200H

I just installed my first USGFLEX200H-EU0101F, it will probably be the last. Out of the box on a 1000/1000Mbps fiber, it could max deliver 250/975Mbps. an ok upload but download is unacceptable. All security was turned off, then the share could just climb up to 580/980Mbps. It's just not good enough. Latest firmware didn't change anything😕
