Can you use the eITS number to read more about it?
If so, where?

And also the question: What does eITS stands for?

No, eITS is the ticket system that Zyxel uses, which is not an open system that allows the end customer to view all the tickets. The ticket you are asking about is that when you set a deny security policy for a user or a user group, it will be skipped if the traffic matches this policy. We list the ticket number that our customers use to identify if their issue has been fixed in this firmware version.
