I have a Zyxel switch XGS1920-48+/D
Software version: V100R001B01D001P001SP10
SNMP is working abnormally and unable to monitor 10G port traffic. I want to update the firmware but cannot find it. Could you please provide it? Thank you very much!

After a further investigation, the model you mentioned is too old to find and provide the firmware. Based on your requirement, it is recommended to migrate to XGS1935-52/52HP.
