No text on GS1900-24 pages so cant install firmware updates
I have just taken over responsibility for a small network with a GS1900-24 switch in place. Serial Number S132L53000576, Current Firmware V1.00(AAHL.1). When I log into the switch as admin and try to update the firmware, the radio buttons are present, but no text to say what each button turns what on/off. I installed ZyXEL ZON thinking I may be able to access the switch and update the firmware using this, but ZON cant see the switch using Chrome or Edge. Frustrating!. Ant advice appreciated.

Hi @TimSutton,
The behavior you are experiencing is due to the very old firmware version, V1.00(AAHL.1), currently running on your GS1900-24 switch. This early release is not fully compatible with modern browsers, which is why the Web GUI does not display the text correctly.
To resolve this, please log in to the switch using Internet Explorer (IE), and then proceed with the firmware upgrade. Since your current version is quite outdated, we strongly recommend that you back up your configuration first. This is important because in later releases we introduced some enhancements (for example, password algorithm improvements).

I am also having the same problem. I have updated to the latest drivers.
I also have tried logging in with 3 different browsers (Chrome, Edge and Brave). They all have the same result.

I think you are encountering the first known issue that lists in GS1900 release note.
