POE switch, 4G Router and Wifi AP scenario
Freshman Member
Hello.
Would anyone be able to tell me if the following setup would be fine?
Will a 5-Port Gigabit Web Managed PoE+ Switch (GS1200-5HPv2) power an external 4G LTE-A Outdoor Router (LTE7480-M804) and an internal Wifi 6 Zyxel AX1800 access point (NWA50AX)?

Hi @Hypotenuse,
Welcome to Zyxel Community!
And Yes, the GS1200-5HPv2 5-Port Gigabit Web Managed PoE+ Switch will be able to power both your external 4G LTE-A Outdoor Router (LTE7480-M804) and your internal WiFi 6 Zyxel AX1800 AP (NWA50AX).
The GS1200-5HPv2 switch supports the 802.3at PoE+ standard, providing up to 30W per port with a total power budget of 60W. The NWA50AX requires up to 16W of power, and the LTE7480-M804 has a maximum power consumption of 13W. This setup will work within the switch's capabilities.
