USG FLEX 200 V5.40(ABUI.0)

SFP WAN
LAN 192.168.255.237 255.255.255.192 interface Egress limit 81920Kbps

BWM
rule 1
incoming LAN1
outgoing SFP
destination *googlevideo.com
Guaranteed Bandwidth
Inbound 71680Kbps
Outbound 3200Kbps
maximize bandwidth checked
Priority 7
note setting the Priority higher does not help

*googlevideo.com TTL new IP's of a Videos stream for 1800 seconds

PC one doing a Videos stream at 4K
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mKCieTImjvU

PC two with download manger to a test file with 8 threads (not just 1)
https://files2.freedownloadmanager.org/fdminst.exe
http://ipv4.download.thinkbroadband.com/5GB.zip

When running from the start all is fine you can watch the Video as you download the BWM works!

Then TTL for the Videos stream goes to 0 and on the PC 2 goes to YouTube to watch another Video this causes a clean up of 0 TTL IP's with new IP's at this point all is fine until you start the download again and PC 1 Video starts to buffer.

What I would like as a fix is when sessions happens and apply to the BWM that BWM keep on Guaranteed the Bandwidth long after the IP was removed from FQDN cache until session ends.

Hope this can be looked into thanks
