Hello,

When devices are wired to the USG, they got an IP (DHCP was enabled).

But when we try using Wifi, they didn't get IP… Why ?

    What's your built-in AP SSID setting for the outgoing interface?

    Did you configure the correct interface? Does this interface have DHCP server?

    I did a local test and I can get an IP from the built-in AP.

    Please check if your DHCP server pool is full. If so, please enlarge the pool size in the LAN interface configuration page.

    Hello,

    The problem comes from Windows. We did a re-installation from scratch and all is now ok.
