XMG1915-10E Hive Hub not connecting to the internet

Hi,

I installed an XMG1915-10E at home late last week, with all 8 RJ45 ports utilised by a variety of devices. All connect however they need to as expected except for a Hive Hub (2nd Gen I think.). I've tried it on different ports, with different cables and the result is the same. Oddly, if I plug the hub into power after I connect it to the switch, there is activity on the port for 10 to 15 seconds or so, then it just goes out.
I've used the cable test facility in the switch and it reports that pairs C and D are shorted. The cable is fine as I've tested it and switch cables.

I've performed a factory reset this morning and nothing's changed.

The configuration on that port is the same as the others, as it is out of the box.

Any help would be appreciated.
