Support Remote AP Ethernet Secure Tunnel for BE APs with LAN Ports

User @GiuseppeR plans to deploy several BE APs, some of which have LAN ports. However, these BE AP models do not support the Remote AP Ethernet Secure Tunnel feature. Thus, here to propose adding support for Remote AP Ethernet Secure Tunnel on BE AP models.
