Admin password reset

Is there a procedure to reset the admin password for my USG-20 Firmware 4.73?

I already tried tit atgk -u but it seems doesn't work.

Any help is appreciated.

Are you sure that you have got the correct firmware version? From what I can find, it seems that USG-20 should use firmware version

• 5.41(ABAQ.0)C0 (10/19/2025) or
• 5.40(ABAQ.0)C0 (05/16/2025) or
• 5.39(ABAQ.1)C0 (11/17/2024)

If your device is ZyWall USG 20, please press the reset button for 5 seconds to reset to default.

If your device is USG 20-vpn, please press the reset button for 10 seconds to reset to default.
