Nebula NSW100-28P reset /restore

Hello I have recently obtained a used switch as above.
I have set it up in the device in Nebula on the app, and it is showing on ZON. It has a different IP address but I dont have the admin password to change it or set up correctly.
It wont connect to NCC. I need control of it in order to configure it as currently I am unable to utilise it fully.
Please are you able to assist?
