On my FWA510 I have made a new SSID but it is not working?

The FWA510's Wi-Fi SSID configuration is managed directly through its local web GUI, not via Nebula Cloud Management. If you were attempting to configure the SSID through NCC, please use the local GUI to set up a new SSID on your FWA510:

1. Connect a device to the FWA510's LAN port with an Ethernet cable, and ensure that the PC and FWA510 are on the same subnet.
2. Open a web browser and go to the FWA510's IP address (default is 192.168.1.1).
3. Log in using default "admin" as the username and the Nebula site password, which can be found in Nebula under Configuration > Site Settings.
4. In the dashboard, locate the Wi-Fi settings to configure your new SSID and password. Kindly refer to this FAQ for detailed instructions.
