New Feature and Enhancements

Bug Fix

1. Fixed the web page abnormal display via HTTPS. 

2. Fix the DUT may crash issue when change HTTP mode. 

3. Fixed an issue where the port status displayed incorrect information in the State field when the LACP connection failed to establish.
