Answer:
The H Series firewall automatically synchronizes its configuration with the Nebula server.
Normally, if you modify the interface settings and the new configuration causes the firewall to lose connectivity with Nebula, the firewall will roll back to the previous settings to prevent being disconnected from Nebula.

If you enable the “Change to a Different ISP” option, the firewall will ignore the rollback mechanism and keep the new configuration—even if the changes cause the firewall to disconnect from Nebula.
