NWA55AXE assigned to a missing Nebula Organization

One of our devices, NWA55AXE, is assigned to a Nebula organization that no longer exists. This unit does not have a physical reset button, and we are unable to assign it to a new organization and site from the mobile app because it indicates that the device is already assigned to an organization. We have not been able to locate it in our organization. Is it necessary to contact support to perform a factory reset?
