OK V4.38 and its still broken.
I may of confused things by saying the patch didn't work 435AAAA0ITS-WK46-r90773 but it dose work if keep alive is set to 1 second in a PM to Zyxel_Emily.
lease time set to 2mins with 435AAAA0ITS-WK46-r90773 and keep alive is set to 1 second works
workaround set lease time set to 1440mins
hope thats clear.
