Request for Visio Stencils for Zyxel Switches and Access Points

Hello,

I would like to know if Zyxel provides official Visio stencils (.vss/.vsdx) for its switches and access points.
I am aware that the download section includes only the product icons, but these are not suitable for creating detailed Visio network diagrams.

Could you please confirm whether Visio stencils exist or if there is an updated location where they can be downloaded?

Currently, we provide product icons in PNG format for use in network diagrams, but we do not offer Visio stencils (.vss or .vsdx files) for our switches and access points.
