    Hi @Servantino78,

The NWA50BE Pro supports up to 320MHz bandwidth on the 6GHz radio. If you are losing the 6GHz network when changing the bandwidth from 320MHz to 160MHz, please consider the following:

    • Region-Specific Regulations: 6GHz channel bandwidth availability can be restricted by local regulatory requirements. For example, some regions may only permit up to 160MHz on the 6GHz band. If you change the country setting to one that does not support 320MHz, it might default to 160MHz or even disable the band if no compatible channels are available at 160MHz.
    • Client Device Compatibility: Ensure your client devices (e.g., laptop, phone) fully support 6GHz with 160MHz bandwidth. In some cases, client-side driver issues or specific hardware limitations can lead to connectivity problems with certain bandwidth configurations.
    • Automatic Channel Selection: The AP might automatically adjust the channel width based on detected interference or client capabilities in the environment. If the AP detects devices that only support narrower bandwidths, it might adjust accordingly.

To help us investigate this further, please provide the following information:

    • Firmware Version: The current firmware running on your NWA50BE Pro.
    • Network Topology: A simple diagram of your network setup.
    • Error Messages/Screenshots: Any error messages or screenshots of the 6GHz radio settings before and after the bandwidth change.
    • Nebula Support Access: If your NWA50BE Pro is managed by Nebula, please enable Zyxel Support Access via Help > Support Request in the Nebula Control Center. Also, provide your Organization and Site name. This will allow our support team to directly inspect your cloud configuration and expedite troubleshooting.

    Hi @Servantino78,

    Welcome to the Zyxel Community!

From your last comment, it seems your router's Wi-Fi scan may not detect the SSID broadcast by the NWA50BE PRO, while other clients like your iPhone and Mac can see and connect to it.

Could you please share your router's product model name? This will help us determine if the issue is related to the NWA50BE PRO AP and its settings.
