is it possible to add the dark mode like the Nebula's one on local interface of UOS ?

Regarding the login page, this page remains in light mode for two main reasons:

1. Users typically don't stay on the login page for long, so we prioritized other areas for dark mode implementation.
2. The login page represents a pre-authentication state where most settings aren't accessible yet (except for language selection).

If you feel dark mode on the login page would be beneficial, could you please share your usage scenario or specific needs? This will help us evaluate and prioritize accordingly.
