I suspect my wife is snooping on our wifi router to see what I am searching.

Is there a way to see my internet search history on the Zyxel modem Zyxel_DE81, EMG 3525-TSOB?

If you can give me any clarity and if its possible for her to snoop or look at private information it would be appreciated as she has a history of hacking into my emails and social media accounts.
