BLOQUEAR NAVEGADOR TOR Y SUS PUENTES

Tengo un firewall USG40 el cual he visto que se han saltado los filtros por medio de el navegador TOR, logre bloquear su simple conexión, pero el navegador da opción de poder conectar por puentes obfs4 ó meek-azure y al ser configurados vuelve a conectar y funciona el navegador saltando todos los filtros
Como puedo bloquear todo los puentes de dicho navegador u otros navegadores.
