Captive Portal with OIDC
OIDC can now be used as a sign-in method for Captive Portal, enabling users to authenticate with Microsoft Entra or Google.
Walled Garden Templates
Since OIDC requires external cloud connectivity, administrators must enable the Walled Garden. Zyxel provides OIDC Provider templates that automatically whitelist the necessary Microsoft or Google domains.
User Management
Identity: Users appear in the login list as "External User OIDC".Login Attribute: The system uses a Login Name Attribute (defaulting to e-mail) to identify users.
Requirement: Administrators must ensure the email field is populated in Microsoft Entra; otherwise, authentication will fail.
