Customizing the VPN Provisioning Port

To provide greater flexibility and avoid management conflicts, UOS now supports changing the VPN Configuration Provisioning port. By default, this service uses port 443, which is also the standard port for web management.

Configuration Steps

Currently, this feature is CLI-only.

• CLI Command: Use the command provision-port [port_number] settings.
  
  
• Security Objects: Because the firewall does not automatically bind the custom port to the SSL VPN object, administrators must manually create a service object matching the custom port to allow traffic.
  
• SecuExtender Port Setting: Download configuration from the firewall through the changed provisioning port.
