Hi, we have an app Braze which is softbouncing. I don´t know where the problem comes up and who is responsible for helping me here?

    This seems like there has a proxy mail server that blocked the mail since the sender's IP address has been blocked? Since not sure the FAQ's source and this email is from who, you might check this with this source first.
