After the update:The problem with one Zywall USG FLEX 200 is that some of the addresses behind the device are not resolved via DNS. The second Zywall USG FLEX 200 is periodically rebooted.

    I installed the update V5.42(ABFW.1) on a atp200.
    Now I can't get an uptdate to Anti-Malware Signature, it stuck on 2025-10-20, I tried about 10 times to update.
    All other signatures updates are working and up to date.

    Since I can update the Anti-Malware Signature on my lab device, could you help to collect some information by below steps?

    1. Please help to update the signature manually.
    2. If the update fails, please help to record the error message.
    3. Then navigate to Monitor > Log > View log to check the signature update logs. You can find it in Anti-Malware and myZyXEL.com category.

      Anti-Malware signatures are already the latest version 2.1.1.20251020.0. Checked at 09:29:58 on 2026-02-16
      Threat Intelligence Machine Learning (TIML) signatures are already the latest version 1.0.0.20260210.0. Checked at 09:29:57 on 2026-02-16

    3. no Log on "Anti-Malware", same log on myzyxel.com:
