USG FLEX H Series mac binding

Does the H models have mac binding feature on the lan side.
So it was possible to allow only approved mac addresses to the internet

Are you referring to MAC address filter in WiFi settings, so only allowed MACs could connect via WiFi and then go to internet?

If so, the H series has NOT this feature.
