Signature Updates fail since FW Update ATP200_V5.42(ABFW.1)C0

3 FW's arew affected since the last FW Update.
Already had the same Issue last Year after FW Update like several Users had.

Zyxel ATP200/License Gold Pack is valid until April 2026

Time of problem detection:

Feb 20, 2026

Problem description:

All signature updates are mainly from Febr. 10 and are stuck at this status.

According to the GUI, the update process is executed and has since been acknowledged with (success) and “updatet to the latest version”. Signature updates are no longer possible, there are no comprehensible error messages in the log.

Troubleshooting that has so far been unsuccessful:

- DNS Settings check

- Reboot

- Reboot with partition change

- Restore to configurations before 25 March

- Reset

- Firmware update (ATP200_V5.42(ABFW.1)C0 & Retaining Versions)

- License synchronization

- License exchange/moves

    Could you help to describe more details about the stuck issue? From the screenshot, it seems like the signature is updated without stuck. You may also record a video so we can better clarify the stuck issue.

    We haven't changed anything on our end. In fact, just like last year with the last firmware update, after a waiting period and/or after a ticket was opened, the UTM feature updates suddenly started working again. And this happened on all machines that were updated. So it's obviously a problem on Zyxel's end.
