GS1900-48 Unable to Upgrade Firmware

I have a GS1900-48 which I am trying to update with the latest firmware version, however it keeps failing. I've tried through ZON utility and through the Web Interface. I Have tried both the online version and downloaded/unzipped .bix file.

I am currently running version v2.20 and have tried upgrading to v2.90 and v2.80- but no luck.

    I’ve performed a test on my end using the same hardware. I was able to successfully upgrade a GS1900-48 from v2.20 to v2.80(AAHN.1) or v2.20 to v2.90(AAHN.1) via the local web GUI while connected directly to a PC.

    Could you please provide a few more details to help us investigate?

    • Are you upgrading the switch directly from a PC connected to it, or over VPN?
    • A screenshot of any error messages you receive when the upgrade fails

    If possible, a short video (using Jam) of your upgrade process would be helpful. This will allow us to identify the issue and then provide a more targeted solution.
