Where is a manual and other documents like Declaration of Conformity, for EOL product?

Is this a sign that the company is ashamed of its engineers' old work and acknowledges the worthlessness of such information?

    Hi @Sikorskyi ,

    For End-of-Life products, it is expected behavior that documentation and firmware are no longer available on the public Download Library.

    However, I've gone ahead and pulled the user manual and Declaration of Conformity for the XGS2210-52HP from our internal resources — please see the attached files.

    Unfortunately, such a short support period prohibits the purchase of Zyxel products for any reasonable needs. Future tenders will include a Lifetime Support requirement.
