Hello everyone ,

I have a Zyxel USG FLEX 100 pinging 2 ISP routers using a BGP session with a private interco. The Internet is already working with a NAT object.

I already have an IPsec remote access configuration, but it's not working because I don't have a public IP directly on the interface.

I'm not able to create a loopback interface on the router .

How can I solve this issue?

    Hi @younes

    In this scenario, you should set NAT rule on the ISP router since the USG FLEX 100 is behind your ISP router's NAT from the Internet.

    Thank you, Melen, for your reply. I will check with the ISP if it's possible to do NAT on their side.

    Otherwise, is it possible to create a loopback interface on USG FLEX 100?
