USG FLEX 500 speed

we recently change our firewall with an USG flex 500

But we encounter a speed problem

we have several internet lines all are for 500mb/sec

but the speed sees the line has a very low upload speed.

This is not a performance of the line if we test with a different router the speed is correct

someon eknow how to solve it ?

To better assist you, could you please provide the following information:

• Speed Test Topology: What is your speed test setup? For example, is your PC connected directly to the USG FLEX 500H?
  
• Speed Test Tool: What tool are you using to perform the speed test?
  
• Security Services: Are any security services currently enabled on the USG FLEX 500? If possible, please share your device configuration so we can review it.
  
• Speed Test Results: What speeds are you getting during the test?

Additionally, please note that the USG FLEX 500 has a built-in speed test tool. To use it, navigate to Maintenance > Diagnostics > Network Tool, select Speed Test, run the test, and share a screenshot of the results with us.
