Bring back Release Notes PDF download option in GUI (feature parity with ZLD)

In ZLD-based devices, administrators had the ability to easily view and download Release Notes directly from the web GUI before performing firmware upgrades. This included a convenient option to save the document locally (e.g., as PDF), which was very useful for documentation, auditing, and change management processes.

In the current Nebula / new firmware GUI, this functionality is no longer available. Release Notes are either not directly accessible in the same way or cannot be saved from the interface.

This appears to be a regression compared to ZLD and reduces usability, especially for environments where maintaining upgrade documentation is important.

Feature request:
Please consider restoring the ability to:

• View Release Notes directly in the GUI before upgrade
• Download PDF
