Error: Get CNM-ID fail

Hi,

I updated yesterday my USG110 with V4.35, now I get every minute following error

Get CNM-ID fail, with error=1,msg=Cannot find SecuManager

does somebody know what this means?

Hi @bavaria,

Before USG110 is upgraded to 4.35, is SecuManager configured and enabled?

If there is nothing configured in CONFIGURATION > Cloud CNM > SecuManager but the error message still appears, please contact me in private message for further assistance.
