Does FLEX 500 only have URL threat filter?

I was working on a FLEX 100 router and noticed under Configuration > Security Service > Reputation Filter it has IP threat filter, DNS threat filter and URL threat filter whereas on a FLEX 500 I only have URL threat filter. I renewed my security subscription. Shouldn't I have the other filters on my FLEX 500? I did migration awhile back from a USG router to the FLEX 500 using the Zyxel migration tool. Did something get messed up during that?

To better understand the situation, could you please confirm which security license is currently active on your FLEX 500?

Meanwhile, please note that IP Reputation and DNS Threat Filter are not included in the Unified Threat Management (UTM) license. These two services are part of the Gold Security Pack (GSP), which is an enhanced bundle that includes all UTM services plus the additional features below:

• Sandboxing
• DNS Threat Filter
• IP Reputation
• Secure WiFi
• Nebula Professional Pack

So if your FLEX 500 is currently using a UTM license, it is expected that you would only see the URL Threat Filter option.

This behavior is not related to the migration from the USG device, but rather depends on the type of license applied to the FLEX 500.

That explains it, I do not have the Gold Security Pack.
