I am researching a device to use for web filtering, etc. I do not want use a PC with UTM software. I do not want to replace my router. Do I need to purchase software to use the VPN100 device?

Hi @masmith22,

VPN100 has default 30 days of trial plus 366 days of standard content filter service for web filtering.

First, register the device to myZyxel.com (https://accounts.myzyxel.com/users/sign_in).

Secondly, go to Devices Management > My Devices  and click on the MAC Address of the device.

Click Linked Services and follow the steps below to activate trial service.

After 30 plus 366 days of service is expired, you can purchase standard license to extend the service.
