ISP "FIOS" - Router - VPN100 - L3 Switch

I am researching a device to use for web filtering, etc. The device will  sit between router and a L3 switch. I do not want to replace my router. Will the VPN100 device work? I will not being using the VPN connection. Currently using a PC with UTM software. Want a device that will not throttle my 1GB internet connection.

I would check to be sure that the VPN100 with web filtering turned on will deliver the throughput you expect.
