NWA5121-N Device can't connect to cloud server post Firmware Update ZLD4.35

Zyxel support. I'm getting the attached when post ZLD4.35 on USG40 series.

It appears to be only that model as I have a USG60 with newer AP 5123 series that doesn't have the issue.

On our USG40 with firmware 4.35(AALA.0), the AP firmware for NWA5121-NI/NWA5123-NI/NWA5121-N are successfully downloaded from the server.

Since we don’t have the same symptom on USG40, I will contact you in private message for more information.

I've the same issue with a ATP200. Can I get the information as well to fix this problem.

Rene, It's an anomaly if you hit refresh you will see it actually does the update.

hi actually it's not an anomaly. I've changed the capwap/ftp settings as well nothing happend..
