If you are unable to log in to your USG FLEX H using 'support' credentials via the Remote Configurator, it could be due to your current firmware version. The ability to use the 'support' username and site-wide password for Remote Configurator is only supported starting from firmware version 1.36.

Initially, verify the firmware version of your USG FLEX H. Support for logging in using the "support" username and a site-wide password was introduced in firmware version 1.36. If your device is running an older firmware (e.g., 1.31), please upgrade it to the latest version (e.g., 1.38).
